「The Symposium ``Cybernetics in the 21st Century:
Information and Complexity in Control Theory''」への参加のお誘い
20世紀に大きく発展した制御理論が新しい世紀を迎え，今後，どのように進展
していくのか興味が尽きません．そこで制御理論のこれからについて議論を深
めるため，次のシンポジウムの開催を企画しました．このシンポジウムでは，
この分野の第一線で活躍されておられる国内外の研究者の方々を多数，講演者
としてお招きし，御講演頂く予定です．なおこの秋には，制御理論，モデリン
グ，信号処理の分野の発展に，多くの功績を残されてきた東京大学の木村英紀
先生が60歳を迎えられます．そこで講演者として木村先生に縁の深い方々をお
招きしました．本シンポジウムで合わせてお祝いしようという趣向です．
御多忙中とは存じますが, 多くの方が参加してくださいますよう世話人一同心か
ら願っております.
